Howdy, I'm Valerie Ciomperlik a Family Dog Trainer and I run Smarty Paws Dog Training. I love working with families and their dogs to maximize their relationship with their pet. By starting training as young as 8 weeks in the home, my clients dogs set a foundation of good habits for life.
Dogs that work with me learn house manners, impulse control, leash skills and are well socialized so that their families can include them in all activities.
Through my continuing education and professional development I am committed to providing my clients excellent science based methods.
My education through Texas A&M University ‘90 and professional member of International Association Animal Behavior Consultants(IAABC), Association of Professional Dog Trainers (APDT) and an AKC Canine Good Citizen Certified Instructor and evaluator help me to reach my clients needs for them and their dog.
